Hourly Legal Work

Legal services for trust administration, contracts, real estate, surrogacy/artificial reproductive technology, parentage, conservatorship, guardianship, a la carte estate planning, probate in Washington State only, consulting, legislative review, and general legal work are billed at our currently hourly rate.

Samantha’s current hourly rate is $550/hour, billed on the tenth of an hour (at six minute intervals).

The Legal Assistant and Practice Manager’s current hourly rate is $225/hour, billed on the tenth of an hour (at six minute intervals).

Probates in California are billed pursuant to the statutory fee schedule set forth in California Probate Code Section 10810.

Mediation Pricing

Mediations are billed at an hourly rate of $800/hour, billed on the tenth of an hour (at six minute intervals). Mediations may be held at SF LAW for no additional fee. Samantha will travel to local (within Santa Cruz County) mediations for no additional charge.
